As an architect for 16 Handles, a popular frozen yogurt, ice cream, and smoothie chain, I played a key role in designing vibrant, customer-friendly spaces from fit-outs to kiosks that enhance the self-serve experience. My work focused on layout optimization, brand integration, and efficient flow, ensuring each location provided a welcoming and engaging environment. I managed site assessment, layout and documentation, permit filing, construction coordination, and project closeout, delivering stores that align with 16 Handles' fun, modern, and community-driven aesthetic.
