As an architect for Target remodels, I led the enhancement of existing locations with modernized layouts and upgraded features. Projects included revamping the cosmetics center and refreshing the sales floor for an improved customer experience and integrating in-store Starbucks cafés for added convenience. My responsibilities encompassed site assessments, design development, permit filing, construction coordination, and project closeout, ensuring all renovations aligned with Target’s brand standards while optimizing functionality, aesthetics, and operational efficiency.
