I collaborated with the clients design team to develop efficient layouts, ensuring seamless operations while maintaining aesthetic appeal and environmental consciousness. By overseeing site surveys, construction documentation, permit filing, compliance with local regulations and project closeout, I contributed to the successful delivery of inviting, high-performance dining spaces. Each project emphasized farm-to-table sustainability, incorporating natural materials, energy-efficient systems, and eco-friendly design elements to align with Sweetgreen’s mission.
