As an architect for JP Morgan Chase, I led a high-scope, full remodel of an existing Financial Center, ensuring a seamless transformation aligned with client standards and design catalogs. Collaborating closely with the client’s designer, I developed and executed strategic rebranding renovations to enhance functionality, aesthetics, and customer experience while maintaining brand consistency. My responsibilities encompassed site assessments, design development, and construction documentation, as well as conducting weekly site visits to ensure regulatory compliance and adherence to project scope, budget, and timeline. Additionally, I oversaw construction administration and project closeout, ensuring the successful execution and completion of the renovation.
